Important Issues facing children

Parental Responsibility & Involvement

I want to promote and encourage parental responsibility in their children's education as well as encourage parents to be involved in board meetings when possible. Parents need to be active at board meetings and learn the ins and outs of the district and what is going on with their children's education.

Medical Freedom/Choice

Families should be allowed to decide what is right for their children in regard to masks and vaccines. Every family should not be forced into decisions that are made by everyday changing science.

School Policy & Curriculum

Politics should not be a factor in school policies/decisions. Every policy/decision should be backed up by science and data. Politics have divided our district and the gap needs to be closed. Policies need to be made by discussion and listening to our parents and teachers.

Bring Back the Fundamentals

Children are suffering. California’s math and reading levels are dropping all over the state. We need to bring back the fundamentals of common subjects that help children be successful.
